Homework
Math homework for next week will be posted on Hapara. We will be having a quick "Celebration of Learning' on Thursday, March 1st, to highlight our understanding of operational sense ( ie order of operations). The homework this week and the class activities we have been doing will thoroughly prepare students.

Math
Students have been investigating the order of operations and have come up with some neat teaching tools to share with classmates on how to remember the order to use. (Ex.Google Slide)
We will be moving towards problem-solving involving multiplication with 2-digit multiplier and division with 2 -digit divisors then on to our understanding of the relationships involving percent, ratio, and unit rate.
Literacy
We continue on with non-fiction and our Monthly home assignment will be a magazine article.
My apologies for the late information surrounding this, but some rejigging to the assignment was made to reflect the exciting time of the Olympics. Please see the linked information for the details of the assignment. Due to student's receiving the assignment late, they will have until March 26th to complete. If there are any questions about that due date please don't hesitate to let me know.
